Mission Statement

The mission of this website is to spread the Word of God around the world via the world wide web; through the writing ministry of books, blogs, sermons,  music, videos and other means avaliable to us. Our goal is to be Ambassadors for Christ, representing him through Christian Ministries to draw people to Christ so they may be saved from their sins and born again into the Kingdom of God. It is further our goal to enlist other dedicated Christians who feel a burden for the lost, to help in this ministry by contributing written articles, blogs, books, testimonials, endorsements etc.

Christian Reconciliation Ministries

The Ministry of Reconciliation is all about winning people to the Lord, Jesus Christ.

I’m Jimmie Chapman, a retired minister of the gospel in the Church of the Nazarene. I retired in 2004, due to health issues, after thirty nine years in the active pastoral ministry. I love the Church of the Nazarene but I am not necessarily using a Nazarene approach in my ministry. I am using what I call a Biblical approach. The Church's mission, and therefore the objective of this website, is to make Christians of all people. The true Church's mission is not to make Nazarenes, Baptists, Methodists, Catholics or other; but to make Christians of all nations. I am attempting to take a non-denominational approach to spreading the gospel via the internet.

Articles of Faith

I believe the Holy Bible to be the inspired and infallible Word of God.

I believe in the triune God, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. These three are one God, the only true and living God.

I believe God’s word that says, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23) Therefore, all men apart from God are lost and need to be saved from their sins.

I believe Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, the Living Word. He is the Christ, or the anointed One, chosen by the Father to be the Redeemer of all mankind. “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14, KJV) “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” (2 Corinthians 5:19, KJV)

I believe that man can be reconciled to God and that only by Jesus Christ; and that God has given every Christian the ministry of reconciliation. Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount, “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” (Matthew 5:9, KJV) All Christians, the children of God, are to be peacemakers between man and God.

I believe in the new birth which is wrought by faith in Jesus, whereby all people who truly believe and repent are forgiven for their sins and are born again as a new creature in Christ. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation." (2 Corinthians 5:17-18, KJV)

I believe in the complete cleansing of the heart from all sins. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9, KJV) The cleansing from sins is wrought in our hearts by the Holy Spirit and is subsequent to the new birth and is evidenced in the believer's life by a godly walk with the Lord daily. "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin." (1 John 1:7, KJV)

I believe all Christians are to bear fruits and the fruits they are to bear are the souls of other Christians which they have won to the Lord. Please read John 15:1–8.

I believe in the Great Commission which says, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15, KJV) Matthew’s gospel states the Great Commission more clearly, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:19–20, KJV)

The internet is my personal way, in my retirement years, of sending the gospel of Christ into all the world and to all nations. The apostle Paul said, "To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you." (1 Corinthians 9:22-23)

I believe in the bodily return of the Lord; that He will come back to the earth to gather His church and take it to heaven to be with Him forever. "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." (John 14:1-3, KJV)

I believe in the final judgment of all people and all will be judged according to their works in this life. All whose names are found in the Lamb's Book of Life will be rewarded with everlasting life in heaven. And all whose names are not found in the Lamb's Book of Life will reap eternal damnation in the lake of fire.

11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:11-15, KJV)

I ask all true Christians everywhere to join with me in this ministry and pray that it will reach lost and dying souls wherever they are.
