Hi, I’m Dr. Jimmie Chapman.
I am the founder and Pastor of  Christian ReconciliationMinistry

I began Christian ReconciliationMinistry in 2009 as an effort to point all people to Jesus Christ, my Lord and my Savior. I began it chiefly as a writing ministry; writing blogs, books and other articles on the subject of reconciling people to God by Jesus Christ.
I began this ministry five years after my retirement, in 2004, from the active pastoral ministry due to health reasons.
I had a great yearning to continue witnessing to the world about Jesus, my wonderful Savior. I still have that yearning in my heart today at eighty-two years of age.
The internet, with its worldwide reach, gives me that opportunity. I have had contacts from dozens of foreign countries and all over the U.S. since my website first went online in 2013.
God has given all Christians the great task of winning other people to Christ by spreading the gospel of Christ around the world.
If you are a Christian, you are included in this great assignment. It is your duty to be a witness for Christ wherever you are; in your neighborhood, in all your social arrangements, at work or at play. You are to be a reflector of the light of Jesus Christ to everyone who sees you.

The Bible says, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the Ministry of Reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are Ambassadorsfor Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.” 2 Corinthians 5:17–20, KJV.
All Christians are commissioned to lead other people to Christ by sharing the good news of the gospel of Christ, the word of reconciliation with them. The gospel has the power to transform lives. It sets people free from the bondage of sin; and being set free from sin, our lives become a beautiful example of what Jesus has done for us. The light in our soul has been turned on; and it shines to tell others what Christ has done for us. Jesus tells us, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16,KJV.
All Christians are to be Jesus’ Ambassadors; and take the gospel message, his plan of salvation, to a world that is lost in sin.
The Bible tells us that all men are sinners; and have fallen short of the glory for which God created them. Therefore, God requires that all men hear the good news of salvation through believing in Christ and receiving him as their personal Savior.
Thus, the church, which consists of all true Christians everywhere, is given the great task of delivering the good news of the gospel to all people.
This great assignment requires that Christians be Christ-like and speak his message to those we are trying to win. We are his Ambassadors; and we are speaking in his stead.
We are not to doctor the message with dogma; but are to deliver it as he has given it to us in his gospel, and by his apostles. We are never to add to it or take from it as we interpret it. It contains everything we need to be fully pardoned and saved from our sins.
For this reason, it is my goal to keep the gospel message as simple as possible. I have interpreted the Scriptures from a simplistic and fundamentalist’s viewpoint. I have not tried to make it say something other than what is simply stated in the Scriptures.
It is my sincere hope that other Christians will join with me in this great effort of spreading the gospel to the lost all over the world. I will welcome your contribution to this effort. I am not seeking financial support; but your prayerful support and participation in this ministry.
I will welcome your story, your testimony and your answered prayers and your victories. These must be accompanied by your permission to post on the internet. Your special story may help others to decide to become a Christian
. If you are a Christian, this is your ministry too.
Only entries that conform to the highest standards of the Scriptures will be accepted and posted.

BUILDING BRIDGES
DAVID F. NIXON
The Parable
Once upon a time, two brothers who lived on adjoining farms fell into conflict. It was the first serious rift in 40 years of farming side by side, sharing machinery, and trading labor and goods as needed without a hitch. Then the long collaboration fell apart. It began with a small misunderstanding, grew into a major difference, and finally exploded into an exchange of bitter words followed by weeks of silence.
One morning there was a knock-on John's door. He opened it to find a man with a carpenter's toolbox. ''I'm looking for a few days' work,"; he said. "Perhaps you would have a few small jobs here and there. Could I help you?" "Yes," said the older brother. I do have a job for you. Look across the creek at that farm. That's my neighbor; in fact, it's my younger brother. Last week there was a meadow between us. He took his bulldozer to the river levee, and now it's a creek between us.
Well, he may have done this to spite me, but I'll go him one better. See that pile of lumber curing by the barn? I want you to build a fence, an eight-foot fence-so I won't need to see his place anymore. Cool him down anyhow."
The carpenter said, "I think I understand the situation. Show me the nails and the posthole digger, and I'll be able to do a job that pleases you."
The older brother had to go to town for supplies, so he helped the carpenter get the materials ready, and then he was off for the day. The carpenter worked hard all that day measuring, sawing, and nailing.
About sunset when the farmer returned, his eyes opened wide and his jaw dropped. There was no fence there at all! It was a bridge--a bridge stretching from one side of the creek to the other. A fine piece of work-handrails and all--and the neighbor, his younger brother, was coming across, his hand outstretched.
"You're quite a fellow to build this bridge after all I've said and done."
The two brothers stood at each end of the bridge and then met in the middle, taking each other's hand. They turned to see the carpenter hoist his toolbox on his shoulder.
"No, wait! Stay a few days. I have a lot of other projects for you," said the older brother.
''I'd love to stay on, the carpenter said, "but I have many more bridges to build."
There are many bridges yet to build. May I hand you a hammer?

Yoked With Jesus
In Jesus day the religious leaders spoke of being yoked to the law. Being yoked to the law brings nothing but condemnation. To be yoked to Jesus is to be yoked to Love, Grace and Mercy. Hear the words of Jesus, (Matthew 11:28-30) "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." (NKJV) We were not made for galling yokes or heavy loads. Bring your heavy load to the Prince of Peace and find His rest.

Copied from a dear friend
It does feel like God's trying to tell us something.
Just in case anyone wonders where I stand:
The 7-year tribulation will be worse by far than anything anyone could imagine. If you think this is our last Pandemic or disaster you are sadly mistaken. Read the book of Revelation.
As a Christian, I’ve heard about the corruption and debauchery of the end-times most of my life. It appears the book of Revelation is unfolding right before us. It shouldn’t be shocking, either, given the state of immorality in our world.
Every day, the boundaries of sin seem to be pushed further and further. The line between right and wrong has slowly been erased by society, television, and pop culture. Witchcraft, spiritualism, “New Age” belief systems are being celebrated and exalted, even among some professing to be Christians.
We have been removed further from the world God created and intended. We need to take this time to re-evaluate ourselves. We need to prepare and repent. Jesus will return just as His Word tells us. This is a fantastic wake up call, and I am taking it seriously. I want to go home to my Father, when my time is up.
Until The Lord calls me away from this world to the next, I want to make it clear that I believe in Jesus Christ as the true Lord and Savior. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, was sacrificed on the cross, died for our sins, and rose again. He loves us all dearly (far more than we deserve) and forgives our sins if we repent. His Word says, "Whoever believes in Me, will not perish but have everlasting life”.
This is the best challenge I have seen on Facebook, so if the Holy Spirit moves you and you’re not ashamed, just copy and make this your status update.
Can I get an Amen for being a believer in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit?
